I See the Promise
Oil paint on slim canvas mounted in wood float frame, 12x16"
This painting is a reflection on what it means to "see" the promises of God, even when we are not yet experiencing them. When the journey gets long, what would it be like to walk over the hillside, peer into distance, and see the Promised Land? As I was creating this piece, I was learning to see what God is doing in the Spirit (regardless of what I see in the natural), and to pray from that faith-filled place.
